Preparing the spice mix

  • 2 tbsp  Oregano (dry)
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp Marjoram (dry)
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp Basil (dry)
  • 1 tbsp Thyme (dry)
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary (dry)
  • 1 tbsp Sage (dry)


  •  Add all ingredients into a bowl, mixt hem well, and store in an airtight container.

  1. When you want to take some seasoning from the jar with a spoon, make sure it is dry. If it is not dry, it will bring in moisture, and bacteria.
  2. Do not store it anywhere near heat. The heat will cause it to lose taste quickly, as the flavors will break down.
